“ Serena was the best waitress we have had in a very long time. Having been in the service industry previously, I always tip unless I have an absolutely terrible experience with a waiter/waitress. This tip was well deserved. Serena gave excellent customer service and was the perfect amount of attentive. I could tell that she cared about the service she was providing and wasn’t being inauthentic just to get a tip. We didn’t go without during our entire visit. We’ve been to this location several times, and this was by far the best experience we’ve had. Before arriving we were just talking about how we don’t usually care for the wait staff. Serena takes the cake! She deserves a promotion and/or raise. Excellent service! Also, the kitchen staff was on point this go around. Usually my husband orders double rice and they still give him beans anyway. He got his double rice AND our portions were much larger than usual and cooked to perfection. The kitchen staff did not disappoint. The food was delicious and well plated! A big shout out to the kitchen staff as well - you are also a key part of why we had such a great experience today. ”
